E1M1Anyway, I had E1M1...I mean H1N1...the Swine Flu. It was pretty damn miserable, too. Had a 102-104 fever for 3 days, and when it didn't go away I finally went to the doctor. After that I was bedridden for almost 2 weeks, even though my fever was down, that flu is like getting hit by a commercial airliner.
Apparently, almost all reported flu infections in the USA now are H1N1 - it's not as deadly as people think, or as Fox News would have us believe - but if you don't get your ass to the doctor at first sign of flu symptoms you can get some really serious complications. Everybody's supposed to get it this winter. *shiver* So yeah, I'm alive, but not exactly prolific at the moment. I have so much school and work to catch up on I haven't really had any spare time to draw T_T
On a more positive note,
is doing a commission for me and let me tell you: it's BEAUTIFUL. It's one of her less-expensive types - I paid for a colored sketch, basically, but she really got the spirit of what I wanted and in record time, considering how many commissions she takes on. She's a wonderfully talented artist and you would do well to check out her page if you like pretty girls (and some degree of NSFW, be warned.)In other news, my sister is pregnant. Wow. There's really no better way to realize you're an adult than to see physical evidence of the next generation.
